Price

USD $19.00 — one-time purchase

RentalCue is not a subscription and does not currently have a recurring RentalCue license fee.

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

There is no physical shipping charge because RentalCue is delivered digitally.

Any internet-access, mobile-data, device, or other costs charged independently by your own providers are your responsibility.

Payment Method

Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

The payment methods actually available for your purchase will be displayed during Checkout before you submit the order.

Credit/debit cards and other payment methods made available by Stripe at checkout, which may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and eligible local payment methods. Availability varies by location, currency, device, and eligibility.

Payment Timing

Payment is charged when you complete and submit the purchase through Stripe Checkout, subject to successful authorization and processing by the applicable payment method.

Payment processing begins when you submit your order at checkout. Your RentalCue license is issued only after Stripe confirms successful payment. Some payment methods may require additional processing time, and the timing of the actual debit or settlement may vary by payment method or provider.

Delivery

RentalCue is delivered digitally.

After payment has been successfully verified, a RentalCue license is issued and license information is sent to the email address used during checkout.

Digital access is provided without physical shipment.

If payment verification or email delivery is delayed, delivery may take additional time.

If you have completed payment but do not receive your license information, first check your Spam or Junk folder and then contact:

License and Device Limit

A RentalCue purchase provides a license to use RentalCue under the applicable Terms of Use and License Terms.

One license supports up to 3 active devices.

The license may not be resold, publicly shared, or transferred to an unrelated person or business except where expressly permitted.

Refunds

RentalCue is a digitally delivered software product.

Purchases are generally non-refundable once:

payment has been successfully completed;
a valid RentalCue license has been issued; and
RentalCue is accessible for use.

Refunds may be provided where reasonably appropriate, including:

duplicate charges;
failure to issue a valid license after successful payment;
inability to activate a valid license where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved;
a verified technical problem that prevents RentalCue from being used and cannot reasonably be resolved.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or cancelled, the associated RentalCue license may be disabled.

Nothing in the RentalCue refund terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

System Requirements

RentalCue is a browser-based application.

Verified environment

RentalCue has been tested in the following types of environments:

Desktop: Windows with a current version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
Mobile: Android with a current version of Google Chrome

Browser requirements

JavaScript must be enabled.
Browser local storage must be available and enabled.
Private / Incognito browsing is not recommended for normal use.
An internet connection is required for purchase, license delivery, device activation, and certain license-related operations.

Hardware and storage

RentalCue does not currently specify a separate minimum CPU, RAM, or fixed disk-space requirement beyond what is required to run a supported modern browser.

Sufficient browser storage must be available for your locally stored RentalCue data.

You also need sufficient storage outside the browser if you want to retain exported backup files.

Data storage limitations

Your ordinary Inventory, Customer, Booking, and related RentalCue business data is primarily stored locally in each browser.

Please note:

data does not automatically synchronize between devices;
cloud synchronization is not currently included;
automatic cloud backup is not currently included;
clearing browser data may permanently remove locally stored RentalCue data;
device or browser failure may result in data loss if no backup is available.

Regularly use:

Settings → Backup → Export Backup

and keep exported backup files somewhere separate from the browser or device running RentalCue.

Your RentalCue license email and license file are not backups of your business data.

RentalCue costs USD $19 as a one-time purchase;
RentalCue is not a subscription;
one license supports up to 3 active devices;
ordinary business data is primarily stored locally in your browser;
RentalCue does not currently synchronize business data between devices;
automatic cloud backup is not currently provided;
you are responsible for maintaining appropriate Backup Export files;
internet access is required for purchase and license-related operations;
